Yoga & Coffee

Join us for our outdoor yoga meetups in the Greater Atlanta area. Connect with community while finding inner peace and rejuvenation through the practice of yoga. Sound Baths

Unplug from the world and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound baths. In these unique experiences, I’ll use various instruments such as singing bowls and chimes to create a meditative soundscape, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Let the harmonious tones wash over you and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Often paired with Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.

Hi there! I’m Megan Vaughn.

My journey with yoga began over a decade ago as a quest for a better workout, but it quickly became so much more: a path of deep healing and self-discovery. As a 200 hour RYT, I believe in a holistic, intuitive approach to wellness—one that honors the wisdom of your body and helps you reconnect with your true self.
In my classes, I incorporate breathwork to strengthen the mind-body connection, allowing for deeper awareness and transformation. Whether you’re seeking one-on-one guidance, group or corporate classes, or immersive retreats, I create a safe, nurturing space for you to explore movement, breath, and stillness.
Beyond the mat, I host women’s groups, sound baths, and community events, fostering connection and support for those on a path of self-discovery.
